Making New Friends is the Best!
At Boma, Mary Jane, Lee Ellen and I were simply GLOWING! That is, our drinks were. Everyone at our table of 20 people were teasing us, the ladies with the glowing drinks down at the end of the table! What a fun night!

Showing is good, but writing is more important as it's the words you include in your posts that bring people to your blog through the search engines. Write about the places and your experiences!
To give you an idea of what I'm talking about in the last comment, you might view this woman's blog (which I read). Her post format is very nice: a picture top and center, and several paragraphs underneath. Not too long, not too short, a half-hour to write at the most. All those pics in your smileboxes could give you several weeks worth of posts. And consistency in writing, as well as content, also helps to bring in readers.
